Travel
If traveling by plane, we recommend flying into Albuquerque (ABQ).
Santa Fe and Taos also have regional airports, but you may find flights are more limited (and in our experience, more prone to last-minute delays and cancelations). Taos is about 2.5 hours from Albuquerque by car.
No matter where you fly into, we recommend staying in Taos. Our venue is located about a 15-minute drive from the downtown area. Taos does not have public transit and ride shares tend to be limited (or more realistically, non-existent). Please plan to rent a car for your group to get around town freely and on your schedule.
New Mexico has become *a place to be* and September is nearing the end of high season. Anticipate tourism to the area, so we recommend booking accommodations and rental cars as soon as you can.
We will arrange a shuttle to and from the venue on Saturday. Look for details about the pickup schedule on our Q+A page and in your email!
Stay
Taos is small, but your lodging options are aplenty.
Keep in mind, we are arranging transportation to and from the venue from a couple of the hotels we are working with (more details to come). Have a plan to get from a pickup location and back if you'd like a ride! We strongly advise against taking your own car if you do not have a designated driver.

El Monte Sagrado might be for you. This hotel and spa has all the works and is offering folks in our group a discounted price for the weekend. Use this link to book your stay at 25% off of the best available rate.
We’ve also *heard* Hotel Willa will be opening this summer. If you’re a last-minute planner, this could appeal to you. Unfortunately we don’t have any more details than the web offers.

There are several great options on Airbnb or Vrbo in the area. Don’t shy away from staying in an earthship (like this amazing option) if you stumble across one in your search. If you do choose to rent, we recommend trying to find a place close to the venue so you can use the provided transportation.
If you’re planning to stay with a group (big or small) big group, we’ve done some homework and into some options close to the venue:
-
Although our venue itself doesn’t have indoor lodging, the property is ours. Feel free to pitch your tent and stay for the weekend, or park your RV on the property.
